Requirements of the Head Nurse (ODP):
  • Diploma or Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of experience in an Operating Department Practice (ODP) role, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams in a fast-paced clinical setting.
  • Respect for local customs, traditions, and laws.
  • Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and complete the necessary compliance and onboarding processes.
  • Valid Saudi Council & Licensed from Country of origin.
