Job Description

We are seeking a Relationship Supervisor to join our Human Resources department team. As a Relationship Supervisor, you will be responsible for the management of relationships between the company and its employees. You will be the point of contact for employees with any grievances, concerns or suggestions to ensure a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills coupled with a strong knowledge of Human Resources best practices.Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships between the company and employees.
  • Act as first point of contact for any employee grievances, concerns, or suggestions.
  • Work with Human Resources team to create and implement employee engagement programs.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of employee retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop strong relationships with managers to help facilitate employee career growth and development.
