ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve a high level of satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods
Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
Ensure the accuracy of the shipments and inventory transactions
Determine staffing levels, and job expectations, assign workload and train the employees
Plan inbound materials flow
Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments to answer questions or solve problems
Mange 3PL/ 4PL (activates, compliance, reporting)
Mange plan capacity utilization to ensure optimized space utilized and determine the space needed
Develop quality standards and procedures as AQL
