Job Description

  • Achieving brand KPIs in the assigned territory
  • Developing effective sales action plans to achieve and exceed objectives
  • Keeping abreast of the customers, market, and its trend
  • Driving execution of the team sales account plans
  • Driving new GTM channels adoption to increase future transformation pace and readiness
  • Promoting AAI and creating an engaging environment to ensure retention of talent and actively attract new hire
  • Coaching and managing the team
  • Delivering overall brand objective & KPIs in assigned territory and help kingdom overall achievement
  • Adhering to roles/regulations, CoC & rest of SoPs within company
