Responsible for sales targets achievement, profitability and growth plans in his region across all channels.
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
Developing specific plans to ensure growth for both long and short-term
Managing sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
