Job Description

The Regional Project Manager maintains responsibility over execution and management of Alshaya Enterprises project management activities for the project management department. The role overlooks the operation and provides technical expertise and leadership to installation teams and subcontractors throughout projects? execution and to ensure project deliverables and quality requirements are met. The incumbent is expected to provide expertise and advice during project execution phase while ensuring compliance to design specifications and project requirements on cost, quality, schedule and safety. The HOD maintains and manages distinct processes for projects contracts and retail requirements with appropriate controls and customer responsiveness. Responsible for pricing and installation / technical specification at the stage of sales quotation.General

  • Managing subcontractor performance and adherence to timely installation, erection within contract terms
  • Be the infield technical expert and participate in in-field diagnosis of technical issues as they arise
  • Maintain regular focus on job cost metric via invoicing submittals and work order analysis
  • To ensure effective use of resources and minimize costs throughout the department where possible
  • To implement high levels of Customer Service such as timely installation and response time with quality service
  • Complete any remedial work as required by company support office
  • Oversight and management of effective document control process and ensuring that processes are completed accurately such as contracting and final closure documents (i.e. snag lists)
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates
  • Be able to accommodate the demands of managing a 24/7 service. Potentially required to resolve issues outside of normal business hours
  • To implement a continuous improvement culture within Project Management
  • Work proactively with the sales team to identify continuous improvement opportunities within Project Management
  • Maintain effective management of the company?s resources and support relevant stakeholders in pricing and cost reduction;
  • Maintain overall responsibility of departments P&L
  • Manage relations with contractors and service providers
  • Takes leadership role in resolving pre-install or post-install issues with installer, customer and sales ops
  • Needs to manage installation teams and subcontractors and be responsible for the delivery of projects on time and within budget .
  • ?Responsible for managing the project management team and ensuring that all projects are properly managed by the project management team .
