Middle East & Africa..The position will undertake HR operational activities for the Middle East and Africa region with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia. This role will support the delivery of compliance programs, policy implementation, employee relations and diversity & inclusion initiatives as appropriate for the region and within the corporate policy guidelines.Job Responsibilities
Monitor, track and update assignment dates for fixed term employees
Initiate actions for releases of National and International Contract (IC) employees
System administration of LOA requests for employees
Manage data records, trackers, and reports for HR related transactions
Address employee policy queries as escalated by advisory services team
Monitor data for involuntary separations and ensure timely inputs
Liaise with Functions, HR, and Payroll teams
Provide support with document translations
Manage company vehicle administration: renewing vehicle registrations through TAAM portal, settling traffic violations, providing reports/lists of vehicles, renew annual service subscriptions, challenge traffic violations (if necessary)
Manage electronic and hard copy employee personnel files
Prepare salary verification/employment confirmation letters, bank loan letters etc.
Work closely with other People Operations regional teams
Partner with the government relations team to support compliance with Saudi Labor Laws
Facilitateimmigration work process, data, metrics and reports to ensure compliance
Champion Diversity and Inclusionwithin the region
Perform other duties as required by theRegional HR Manager
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and 2-4 years?HRexperience
Working knowledge of employment compliancelegislation and lawthroughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Excellent English language skills and experience in the preparation and presentation of oral and written reports
Proven ability to work across HR disciplines to drive business outcomes within the region.
Strong work delivery focus and demonstrated ability to exercise a high degree of individual initiative, discretion and judgement.
Intermediate skill in MS Office Suite producing business-level reports, presentations and recommendations.
Detail oriented, organized, flexible and able to work with multiplelevels is essential
Ability to work effectively under pressure with changingpriorities,deadlinesand stakeholders
Experience in multiple HR disciplines such as policy development, employment compliance, employee relations and project delivery
Previous experience working within a large matrix organization
Additional Qualifications:
Experience working in a global organization
Demonstrated skill in conducting research, investigating alternatives and recommending solutions onareasaffecting human resources administration, policy, and compliance
Proven experience of numerous Human Resources processes
Ability to travel as required
