1 Identifies development potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel and company personnel who have worked with customer; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities.2 Ensure development major clients and company business expansion with major clients.3 Screen new business opportunities and model future performance scenarios.4 Perform market research and due diligence for major clients & business partners.5 Assess and understand current startup / venture landscape and be able to creatively find and recommend solutions across a variety of potential startup problems.6 Manage regular process of communication to channels, and the management throughout the company. Identifies development potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel and company personnel who have worked with customer; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities7 Monitor performance versus plan, identify gaps.8 Develop training and marketing programs related to generate sales activities from channels.9 Analyze and recommend solutions related to channel management function.10 Respond to requests for support and work with other departments to implement business and achieve company business plan.11 Recommend and implement clear promotional guidelines based on clients & business partners understanding and current market knowledge.12 Identifying and reaching out to new potential channel partners & analyze potential strategic partner relationships.13 Addressing customer service issues as raised by the channel partner.14 Planning and executing both ?to partner? and ?through partner? marketing activities.15 Create, develop & implement sales events, marketing campaigns.16 Attend channel conferences, and on site visits with key partners.17 Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partners / clients? needs on an ongoing basis.18 Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.19 Maintains high partners / clients satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.20 Gather business development / bidding information of new projects from the regional level.ÿ21 Ensure achievement of market sales by branding in regions channels.22 Develop & monitor sales targets in coordination with corporate sales manager.23 Develop regional business & increase PIONEER market share in the region.24 Support the sales team in recommend sales strategies and evaluating new growth ideas, including competitive analysis, finding and valuing competitors, and researching specific key performance indicators.25 Visit/participate in corporate customers meetings.26 Assist in solving sales & operation issues in coordination with department managers.27 Assist in monitoring overall customer satisfaction and branches performance.28 Maintain effective communication with channels.29 Recommend incentive programs for the sales team to achieve business objectives.30 Maintain an active communications with marketing & sales team with regards to execute new rental programs and campaigns.31 Identify & analyze training needs & gaps and recommend training programs.32 Design & develop training materials including presentations & scripts.33 Onboarding & coaching employees.34 Monitor region reports and suggest corrective actions immediately as appropriate.35 Make sure proper evaluation of new corporate clients before approving new accounts.36 Approve new corporate accounts according to the recommendations from key account managers.37 Make random visit to branches in order to make sure PIONEER branded service qualities are maintaining by branch staff.38 Monitoring overall business process of region.
