Job Description

Pace is looking for a professional to join our business development team in the role of Business Development Lead to lead Business Development under the supervision of the Associate director development. The successful candidate will promote the acquisition of new clients for PACE through identifying new business opportunities in Kuwait, particularly across the GCC region as required. He / She will identify and analyze new opportunities and partnerships, provide ad-vice regarding potential business risks, proposal strategies, including compliance with requirements, and review and support the negotiation of terms and conditions for contracts, accordance with the company?s policies and procedures and industry best practices.Job Responsibilities:Enhance the level of market intelligence, information gathering, and marketing efforts related to new opportunity in Saudi arabia and assist the regional business opportunitiesAssist in the opening of PACE branches across the GCC region and emerging marketsTake ownership and assist the Associate Director Development in the search for business development opportunities for PACE in Saudi regional market through liaising with a personal and professional network of contactsCollaborate with Associate Director Development in identifying business development opportunities with existing clients and map market dynamics such as market and pricing trendsManage and builds on relationships with managers and key executives of existing companies and governmental authorities to enhance overall business development efforts: ensure the Associate Director Development is apprised.Assist PACE?s senior leaders in the development of an annual Corporate Business Development Plan for PACE in accordance with PACE?s approved corporate long-term strategyAssist PACE?s senior leaders in planning strategies for new business opportunities based on an understanding of competitors? strategies, pricing trends and policiesConduct market studies to demonstrate how PACE can grow in regional marketsManage public relations and client interface to promote a positive corporate image among the firm?s existing and potential clients and marketsAnalyze the current and past market performance in coordination with top managementParticipate in proposal preparation and presentations and negotiations with clients or potential partnersDevelop and maintain a motivated and stable teamIdentify training and development needs for the staff and agree on the training and development plansCoach and mentor, the team take on higher responsibilities within the firmJob Qualification:Bachelor degree in architecture or engineering field10-15 year?s of experience from construction and contracting industryFamiliarity with project management methodologiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of local regulations and guidelinesKnowledge of local and possibly international markets and clientsKnowledge of the model design processWould be conducting BD activities 70% on western province while 30% between Central/eastern province.Willing to traveling within the Kingdom.
