Recycling OperatorEducational QualificationsHigh school or technical diploma Experience?Minimum of 5 years and above work-related experience in the Aluminium or Metal Casting industry.?Experience writing high-quality reports.?Demonstrated experience building highly motivated teams.?Extensive knowledge of the aluminum industry and understanding of operations of crusher/cutter machine and conveyor belt system.?Extensive knowledge of operating mobile equipment (FLT, MTV, MPTV, FTV, SCM, Crane, Electric Cart, and so on) safely and effectively.?Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.?Ability to have good shop floor control.?Ability to work with diverse groups?Ability to establish rapport with senior managers.?Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple and conflicting interests.?Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.The role may at times occasionally required to work outside of normal hours particularly when issues arise and need to be quickly resolved.
