Process Sr. Engineer (Hot Mill)Qualifications: B.E B.TECH, Chemical or Mechanical field or consideration of an equivalent combination of education (Metallurgical science degree) is highly desirable. Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience in Metallurgical process/Quality Control in Aluminium Casting or Hot Rolling. Experience leading in operations, quality, development, project management, and engineering in a manufacturing process environment with significant proven supervisory experience.Operational experience in the production department of a rolling mill is highly preferable.Detailed technical knowledge of the specific process being operated is required.Enterprise Resource Planning systems experience.Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing tools.Experience dealing with quality standards such as ISO/QS9000.Experience in Hot Rolling and Heat-Treating is highly preferable.Required excellent spoken and written English.
