Job Description

  • 8+ years of experience in Recruitment, along with background in construction Industry
  • Skilled in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Experience screening resumes, collaborate on selections and building strong pipelines
  • Efficient in tracking metrics, and report on performance
  • Hands-on experience in Leading and managing the full recruitment cycle for various construction related roles
?Nice to Have: Bachelor?s/ Master?s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any other relevant field.
