Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our event staffing recruitment efforts. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring that the company attracts and hires top talent for long and short term event staffing positions.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the high volume recruitment needs of the company.
  • Manage the recruitment team and provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to ensure that the team is motivated and achieving its goals.
  • Work with the Operations team to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles for various events.
  • Develop job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the position requirements and attract top talent.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure that they meet the job requirements and are a good fit for the company culture.
  • Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Continuously improve the recruitment process to enhance the candidate experience and increase the efficiency of the hiring process.
  • Identify and implement new recruitment technologies and tools to improve recruitment outcomes.
