Job Description

We are hiring for a Recruitment Coordinator in Saudi ArabiaExperience in Recruitment?s 360 process must have handled bulk hiring and have hands on experience in recruitment process.Well versed with sourcing through various channels.Handles client inquiries received thru mails, phone calls, marketed clients, referrals, etc.Coordinates, overseas, and manages revisions, changes, and agreements with clientsManaging various administrational activitiesFormulate detailed technical recruiting documents for sourcing and analytical purposes.

  • Portray good command of concise planning to meet the companys recruitment demands.
  • Analyze the current organizational demand and plan cost-effective measures for hiring suitable talent.
  • Discuss existing organizational requirements to conduct an efficient talent hiring process.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.
