Job Description

I.?Job summary:We are a busy restaurant that seeks a friendly and upbeat receptionist to work variable shifts, including weekends. The ideal candidate loves making small talk with guests and is willing to learn our regulars names. To do well in this role you should be comfortable standing for long periods and able to manage a very busy shift. If you love a hustling and bustling environment and genuinely enjoy people, we need to hear from you!II.?Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests at front desk in a friendly, energetic, personable, professional and polite manner.
  • Checking in guests or putting them on a waiting list as necessary.
  • Escorting or seating guests at tables or in the waiting area.
  • Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of guests.
  • Engaging with guests to ensure theyre happy with food and service
  • Ensuring reception desk is manned and maintained clean at all times
  • Keeping common areas clean and organized.
  • Performing tasks and other work-related projects duties as assigned.
  • Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
  • Answering phone calls, taking reservations and responding to routine questions
  • Contributing to team effort
  • Performing opening/closing duties
  • Maintaining proper and professional look and utilizing proper telephone etiquette.
III.?Qualifications:
  • Saudi nationals only
  • High school graduate required, some college preferred.
  • Reception desk experience preferred.
  • Prior customer services experience a must.
  • Computer skills are required.
  • Verbal and written Communication in both English and Arabic.
