Job Description

We are seeking a Real Estate Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Real Estate Officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the real estate operations. You will work closely with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of the properties. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of the real estate market in Riyadh.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the real estate operations, including property maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the real estate market.
  4. Negotiate lease agreements and handle lease renewals.
  5. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective property maintenance.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 1-5 years of experience in real estate management or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Knowledge of the local real estate market in Riyadh.
  5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
