Job Description

A Real Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of real estate operations within a company. They are responsible for ensuring that the companys real estate portfolio is maximized in terms of value and profitability. The Real Estate Manager will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and will work for a private sector employer.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement real estate strategies and plans to optimize the companys real estate portfolio.
  2. Oversee the acquisition, leasing, and disposal of real estate properties.
  3. Manage the negotiation of lease agreements and contracts.
  4. Monitor market trends and conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
  5. Evaluate and analyze real estate investment proposals and make recommendations to senior management.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate management.
  2. Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  4. Ability to analyze and evaluate investment opportunities.
  5. Proven track record in managing real estate portfolios.
