Job Description

??Our client, a market leader in Real Estate Property Development is seeking a Real Estate Manager who will be responsible to plan and execute Real Estate projects throughout the kingdom.Executing a real estate strategy and take a leadership role in establishing and securing business deals in line with the overall strategic direction. Coordinate with the contract function to create authorized materials purchase contracts in line with the agreed standards of bid evaluation and control process.

  • Handle real estate acquisition, negotiates leases, land buys, expansions, and real estate planning. ?Search, design, develop site analysis and property feasibility studies.
  • Analyse the Saudi Market and conduct semi-annual market research in the following matters (Real estate market direction, Investment fund, Financial resources)
  • Create and analyse pipelines to the committee for approvals.??
  • Reviews Lease contracts, commencement date agreements, landlord notices, and other related legal documents.
  • Conduct market research for empty lands and to define the land best use according to the size and area.
  • Analyze the entire existing projects including the quality of the building, units, finishes, project components and to define the ROI of the project.
  • Manage the project and handle all issues from A to Z.
  • Review the negotiation deals and contracts
  • Work closely on the development of all projects under construction cost
  • Prepare the land lease budget and to ensure paying on time to the landlords and to collect the development cost of the JV projects.
  • Develop good working relationships with companies, investment fund, landlord, business partners, businessmen, government sectors such as the high commission for the development of Riyadh, municipality, transport ministry and with other authorities
