Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Leasing Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a a strong understanding of the local market and regulations. The Real Estate Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the leasing operations for our portfolio of properties, ensuring maximum occupancy and profitability. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders.Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the leasing process for our portfolio of properties, including marketing, tenant screening, lease negotiations, and lease administration.
  2. Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants, ensuring maximum occupancy and rental income.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the local real estate market.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and tenant satisfaction.
  5. Manage lease documentation, including lease agreements, addendum, and renewals, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  6. Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and maintain property standards.
  7. Monitor and analyze leasing metrics, such as vacancy rates, rental rates, and tenant turnover, and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to inform leasing strategies and decisions.
  9. Prepare and present leasing reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendations.
