Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Director with a strong architectural foundation and 15?20 years of experience in leading and overseeing real estate development projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, design expertise, and leadership skills to manage large-scale projects while optimizing operational efficiency and profitability.Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management

  • Develop and implement real estate strategies aligned with the company?s goals.
  • Oversee the acquisition, leasing, and development of properties to maximize asset value.
  • Analyze market trends and opportunities for investment and expansion.
Design & Development
  • Lead architectural and design efforts for projects, ensuring innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing outcomes.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and design properties from scratch.
  • Review and approve architectural plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, sustainability goals, and budget constraints.
Project Management
  • Oversee all phases of development projects, including feasibility studies, design, construction, and handover.
  • Establish timelines, manage budgets, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and local authorities to address project challenges effectively.
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, including project managers, designers, and analysts.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting creativity and accountability.
