Job Description

The Real Estate Development Manager will work within the Development Management team to manage the process of developing real estate projects from start to finish in collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders, from concept to design to execution and ultimately sale and handover.˙Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day activities related to assigned projects.
  • Responsible for coordinating and reviewing all project strategies, project life-cycle, work stage deliverables and encompassing project programs applicable to the project.
  • ˙Analyze projects status and prepare reports highlighting all the potential risks and issues facing the project and suitable solutions.
  • Make sure that assigned projects are operating within scope and within schedule, while also ensuring that functional and corporate milestones for project progress are met.
  • Manage project costing related reporting to the project team and managements review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
  • Align with internal and external stakeholders regularly to ensure that all project related activities are moving forward as planned, and that any irregularities are promptly reported and resolved with minimum variation.
  • Closely interact and coordinate with relevant counterparts such as: Design Management, Technical Engineering, Urban Planning, Project Execution, Procurement, Stakeholder Management, etc. with the support of industry-leading external consultants and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Continuously track and monitor the execution of work and report˙on any issues such as contractors claims, variations or scope gaps that are˙likely to affect the project timelines˙or scope of work.
