Responsible for the delivery coordination of various components of operational services within different initiatives.
Establish the Department?s business strategy and track progress on key business metrics such as cost, revenue, and profitability.
Develop various project scheduling tools and procedures, in order to design an effective framework for controlling various projects to link them to one organizational program.
Guide the project manager in developing the program charter, identifying stakeholders, securing necessary resources, and setting communication channels.
Develop the RE Development programs/projects management plan including various subsidiary plans.
Work with the operational functional heads to get accurate initiative costings.
Stay up to date with market and industry developments and leverage industry connections in order to build and sell profitable properties.
Provide support to the project managers in managing the projects in order to achieve the RE Development objectives.
Drive incorporation of industry best practices in order to ensure continuous improvement across the development value chain.
Create mitigation plans/risk management framework for the identified risks and threats while seeking required information from the project managers.
Monitor resource allocation activities and analyze and approve requests for additional resource requirements
Guide and oversee project management and construction activities in order to ensure adherence to project plans, budgets, and technical specifications, and long-term relationships with clients/customers & Research the market and industry trends.
Work, Guide, and collaborate with stakeholders to build project feasibilities.
