Job Description

Job Role:To manage landlord contract business end-end cycle within related Business owners through applying all related regulations, policies, and processes ensuring that Riyad Bank contracts completed on time and efficient manner.Manages external agreements through the use of standardized contracts and ensures all terms and conditions are acceptable as per company policy and that the Bank?s best interest are upheld and protectedCoordinate with Legal advisor and negotiate with business and vendor in regard articles modifications.

  • ?Ensures proper data management and integrity within contracts management including underlying IT platforms.
  • ??Custodian of contracts database.
  • ??Assists in managing external agreements through the use of landlord contracts and ensures all terms and conditions are acceptable as per company policy and that the Bank?s best interest are upheld and protected.
  • ??Drafting and reviewing landlord contract for procurement engagements.
  • ??Coordinate with legal and business owners for contracting process actions and arrangements.
  • ??Negotiatecontracts terms and conditions with the landlord and all stakeholders to ensure that contracting outcomes and commitment are alignment with policy and process.
