Job Description

On behalf of a multinational retailer, we are seeking a Consultant, Real Estate.Based out of their Riyadh corporate office you will assist the Director of Real Estate Development in conducting market research, collecting information for the profit and loss model, securing target locations and analyzing data, and preparing the study results reports in accordance with company standards.

  • Assist the Director of RE Development in developing the Real Estate policies and procedures.
  • Provide the needed support to the Director of Real Estate Development in delivering information related to the business expansion plan.
  • Assist the Director of RE Development in preparing the yearly development report that is required by the Middle East Head Office.
  • Prepare required documents to obtain the licenses.
  • Organize, maintain and update store site files and make it easy to access when needed.
  • Secure target key locations including trade area study and contracts negotiations.
  • Keep abreast of any changes in KSA Real Estate practices and trends.
