Purpose: - Sales and marketing activities before bidding of rail projects in KSA/Middle East- Projectmanagementandassociatedservicesin KSA after award of contractsSalary:TBDLocation of work :Hyundai Rotem?s Branch Office in Riyadh (to be established)PositionResponsibilities (i) During Pre-Tender and Tender Stage-establish and maintain regular contact with the Client, potential consortium partners/suppliers, governmental bodies and other officials where appropriate to arrange introductions for Hyundai Rotem (the ?Company?) obtaining the Contract ;-keep the Company advised for the outcome of such regular contacts;-support the Company throughout all pre-award negotiations and arranging meetings with and presentations to the Client and any other appropriate authorities/parties. collect and provide appropriate information for the Principal which will be necessary and useful for the Principal in the preparation of the Tender, negotiations with the Client and the Project award;-report periodically about market practice, relative positions and movement of competitors, published or informal information from the Client during the Tender progress-assist the Company with advice on legal, taxation, accounting and translation matters regarding the Project and establishment of a local entity in coordination of legal and tax advisors(ii)During the Contract execution stage-As a local project manager, maintain active and close communication and coordination with the Client, its representatives and assigned consultant from the Client, consortium partners/suppliers and the Company in order to perform the awarded Contract successfully in all technical commercial matters-provide the Company technical assistance during the performance of the Contract-assist the Company, in coordination with specialist hired if necessary, for obtaininglicenses, consents, approvals, and any other governmental permits for the performance of its obligations under the Contract in the Territory;-support the Company to avoid or mitigate risks which may be incurred during the Contract execution-facilitate and manage assistance and support in legal and tax issues in connection with the Contract;
