We need our engineers to be versatile, enthusiastic to work in highly flexible, team oriented environment and who have exceptional communication, analytical and leadership skills. In this role you will integrate the various engineering, scheduling, procurement, construction, and startup aspects of a small project. May manage a subtask of a larger project or study in accordance with contractual obligations. Responsible for the technical excellence of the engineering functions of the project including coordination of technical disciplines, procurement of materials and equipment, and construction planning assistance. Relocation to the project site may be required during construction and startup activities.Shall perform work that involves applying radar knowledge and technical expertise to support operations, sustainment and modifications, including, but not limited to, the following:Advising and assisting the customer in all aspects of radar engineeringStudying existing systems and operations to identify potential new systems or system upgradesManaging modifications from early stages of implementation to completionDesign and development of training material and conduct of trainingAttend meetings and conferences and prepare/present briefings as requiredPerforming intermediate level maintenance as requiredSupporting Mobile Maintenance Team (MMT) functions and travel to remote radar sites to perform specialized maintenance, trouble shooting, and training
