Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the field of QC/QS, as well as experience in Revit modeling.Responsibilities:

  • Quantify and estimate materials and labor costs for construction projects
  • Prepare and manage cost control plans and budgets
  • Review and analyze project schedules and costs
  • Identify and manage risks to the project budget
  • Collaborate with other project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Produce and maintain project records and documentation
  • Use Revit to create and update 3D models of construction projects
