Job Description

  • Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
  • Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of a project, taking into account factors such as labor costs, materials, and timeframes
  • Manage project costs by monitoring expenses and preparing regular cost reports
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors to obtain the best prices and terms
  • Prepare tender documents and analyze bids from contractors and suppliers
