Job Description

˙we are Landscaping Contracting Co., a leading company specializing in Softscape and Hardscape projects. With a strong focus on medium, large, and mega-scale endeavors, we collaborate extensively with government and similar entities to deliver outstanding results. We are currently seeking professional Engineers to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

  1. Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including building, softscape, and hardscape elements. This involves analyzing project specifications, conducting site visits, and utilizing cost databases and software tools to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
  2. Quantity Takeoff: Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for various construction elements, such as concrete, steel, masonry, landscaping, and paving. This includes interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, identifying relevant quantities, and applying appropriate measurement techniques.
  3. Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Preparation: Develop comprehensive BOQs for construction projects, incorporating all necessary components and activities. Ensure the BOQ aligns with project specifications, standards, and local regulations, and accurately reflects the quantities, specifications, and quality requirements of each item.
  4. Cost Control: Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, tracking actual expenses against the estimated budget. Identify cost variations, analyze their impact on the project, and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to implement cost control strategies.
