Job Description

Role Purpose:Performs inspections utilizing various methods in accordance with the company and customer specifications and safety standards.Duties and Responsibilities:1- Inspection:

  • Verification and Inspection of Incoming, In-Process, and Outgoing products.
  • Ensure product meets specified company standards and customer requirements
  • Ensuring that the product?s nonconformance/defects are reported.
  • Welding monitoring & inspections.
  • Receiving inspections (Pumps, steel plates, sheets, channels, steel pipes ).
  • Final inspections.
  • other QA/QC duties.
2- Reporting:
  • Ensuring Reporting as per QC Procedures
  • Maintains the record of all inspections and generates QC reports
  • Reporting all issues pertaining to Product Quality to QA Department.
3- Testing:
  • Assisting production department to carry out specific tests on customer requirements.
4- QC Certificate
  • Responsible for issuance of QC Certificate to be released to Customer (or next process/department).
