The role:To drive a quality control function on a day to day basis whilst achieving set foods quality and Health and Safety Standards.To support the team in ensuring products are produced in line with the set SOPs and standards in order to achieve the end product complying to Quality and Food safety standardsTo encourage and develop a culture where Health and Safety is first and foremost with every task carried out, ensuring the safety of those in their control.To ensure all products are produced in line with the set HACCP standards and CCP control points are metRequirements :2-4 years in Manufacturing / Quality ManagementBachelors degree or equivalent Good Literacy, PC and Numerical Skills Basic Food Safety knowledge Ability to communicate in English
