Job SummaryMonitor and ensure that all vehicle that are serviced do not have any quality related issues that may adversely affect customer satisfaction and both operational & business objectives of the Service Department.Job Requirements- Saudi National is preferred- Bachelor degree or Senior Technician Certificates as minimum requirement- Minimum experience in related field is 2 years- Advance Level of Product knowledge- Advance Level of Service knowledge- Basic Knowledge of proper procedures for work safety standards- Through & up-to-date understanding of outstanding technical service bulletins.
