Job Description

  • Lead ticking system and consumer requests
  • Oversee and coordinate consumer requests with QC team
  • Monitor and control services performance
  • Report incidents to service provider and follow up incidents till provider close it.
  • Enhance support processes and set internal and external SLA and guarantee the performance is aligned with organization expectations and goals
  • Conducting internal training and KT sessions.
  • Experienced in dealing with APIs ( resfull / soup)
  • Experienced in dealing with DBs queries.
