Build and deploy performing the Quality Plan of Company.
Build internal auditing schedule and do audits every week, every month and every year so as to monitor effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
Investigate the non-conformities and recommendations and combine with department/division/site/branch to make corrective actions or perform improvement project
Monitor good understanding for QMS and ISO9001:2015 at all employee levels in order to supply results for the QMS development plan.
Managing all the assigned customer and legal violations to PrimeGate
Receive and contact with relevant department/ division to resolve customer feedback.
Drive corrective & preventive actions plan country wide, working with the relevant functions to close gaps in our ability to consistently meet quality requirements of PRIMEGATE and ensure an understanding of Quality requirements of our customers
Design, revamp, and enhance processes & policies within Operations in cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
Conduct monthly/yearly QMS training plan for PRIMEGATE.
Conduct quality & process awareness for Operations periodically to ensure operations units commitment to Quality and promote a waste-free-processes
Document controlling and tracking within Operations
Represent Operations for Risk management & Business Continuity & Internal Audit Sessions & Trainings.
Identify several potential preventive & control solutions to address the selected root causes, selecting the most effective ones in an objective manner and implementing the same to see the desired effects.
Predict and handle operational challenges and solve the problems/challenges in a logical manner and bring improvement on a continuous basis.
Develop plans and conduct audits against all applicable HSEQ systems and standard including but not limited to (ISO 45001, ISO14001,ISO 9001, Customer requirements, local requirements) and PRIMEGATE HSEQ requirement
Manage all external HSEQ related audits. Act as the first contact point with HSEQ 3rd party and 2nd party accreditation and audit bodies.
Verify and validate undertaken actions to ensure their effectiveness on delivering required improvements for safety and Quality.
Complete regular Quality checks and inspections and prepare related reports.
Monitor compliance on contractor?s quality of work
Follow up with all departments to ensure related HSEQ reports are done in due time.
Follow up with all departments on the completion of Corrective/Preventive Actions (C/PA) completion and provide support where necessary.
Recognize and embrace positive behaviors and practices.
Any other actions or responsibilities assigned by the direct manager that is in line and supports the job main purpose and PRIMEGATE objectives
