1. Work with project managers and quality control managers to set up the quality plan.02. Develop a quality assurance audit plan to be approved by the QC manager.03. Conduct on-site audits of quality control inspections for the entire group on a regular basis.04. Prepare the NCR report, if any.05.Manage and monitor the opened NCR with project upon closed.06. Manage and maintain the quality process over the entire group.07. Provide support and advice to the operational personnel in relation to the project quality program and the companys integrated management system (IMS).08. Maintain good record keeping of activities carried out and inspection reports, surveillance reports, etc.
