01. Bring together portfolio, division, or project staff of different disciplines and drive the group.to plan, formulate, and agree on a comprehensive quality management strategy and quality.management plan.02. Coordinate with all portfolios and divisions to develop standard processes and procedures.03. Conduct an internal audit in cooperation with the division to ensure the division and project follow the processes and procedures to ensure compliance with any applicable organizational, national, and international standards and legislation.04. Issue the NCR, if any, in the event of a violation of the approved procedures.05. Prior to external audit, monitor and control the closure of open NCRs.06. Standardize all templates used in the portfolio, divisions, and projects.07. Manitani requires all standard processes and procedures under the groups integrated management system ( IMS) to be accessible to all authorized personnel.08. Coordinate quality reviews of portfolio, division, or project documents and deliverables.09. Participate in the external audit to make sure that the company will be certified with an ISO certificate10. Provide expert judgment on quality processes and procedures to all divisions and projects.11. Participate in orientation for all new managers to provide the appropriate information, processes, and procedures to them.12. Coordinate with all departments and divisions to collect suggestions and feedback concerning processes and procedures to make sure that they are effective and efficient.
