Greetings from Firstcry !!We are hiring Purchase Executive for Riyadh Location.Job Roles and Resposibilities-

Vendor Management
Supply Chain Management
Purchase & Procurement of Products in the form ofpurchaseorders
Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.
Implement and monitor the procurement strategies in order to meet the category goal
Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency of stock supplies.
Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements through customer feedbacks
Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.
Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
Ensure RTV s are timely done and tracked
Clearance of Payment invoices
New product working for buying based on past sales of similar products.
