Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PRO (Public Relations Officer) for government visa processing, specifically for mandoob services. As a PRO, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of visa processing and government relations on behalf of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local government regulations and processes, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.Responsibilities:

  1. Handle all visa processing requirements, including application submission, document collection, and follow-up with government authorities.
  2. Ensure compliance with local government regulations and stay up-to-date with any changes in visa policies.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with government authorities and relevant departments to facilitate smooth visa processing.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams and employees to gather necessary documents and information for visa applications.
  5. Manage the renewal and cancellation of visas as required.
  6. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding visa-related queries and procedures.
  7. Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation to government authorities as required.
  8. Keep accurate records of all visa applications, approvals, and rejections.
  9. Ensure confidentiality and security of all visa-related information and documents.
  10. Stay updated with changes in immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a PRO or similar role, specifically for government visa processing.
  2. Excellent knowledge of local government regulations and visa procedures.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with government authorities and internal stakeholders.
  4. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail to manage multiple visa applications simultaneously.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  6. Proficient in using relevant software and systems for visa processing.
  7. Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle visa-related issues effectively.
  9. Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.
