Job Description

We are looking for Public Relationship Manager for Riyadh location.Mode of employment: 1 year of contractJOB/ROLE PURPOSE:

  • The Public Relationship division focuses on local permits secure. The central aim is to push and trace supplier all utilities application secure.
  • Bachelor degree or above, engineering management, construction or other majors;
  • More than 8 to 10 years? experience in the real estate industry with certain social resources;
  • Have comprehensive management capabilities for real estate development. Have strong planning and coordination skills, good teamwork spirit, hard work, strong sense of responsibility, and clear working ideas.
  • Abundant experience in Authorities procedures and good relationship with local municipals.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills preferred.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
  1. Assist the project manager to coordinate the overall permit development plan of the project.
  2. Assist the project manager to arrange the report and report the construction permit of each time node reasonably.
  3. Complete the report and approval permit work as planned with all suppliers.
  4. Maintenance of the relationship between government departments and government supporting units.
  5. Coordinate the relationship between various departments within the project and related work of government departments.
  6. Assist the project manager to sort out and establish the approval report construction process.
