Job Description

Objectives:?Our client, an oil and gas company and a well-established developer and long-term operator of EPC projects, is looking for a Proposal Manager to join their team in Riyadh. The main objective of this job is to be responsible for the introduction and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and governance. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work under pressure and to meet challenging deadlines.?Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes.
  • Develops the Proposal Plan and execute including but not limited to
  • Organizes and holds the bid kick-off meeting.
  • Approves the scope of work of each party involved in the bid.
  • Analyses Contract requirements and conditions and Present to Management.
  • Manages the interfaces with Partners and Client.
  • Identifies the pre-bid agreements to be completed, if necessary.
  • Integrates proposal packages prepared by the individual Operating Companies and Proposal Partners (if any) and reconcile possible discrepancies.
  • Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from Lender and Owner legal advisors, financial advisors, Lenders, commercial, legal and delivery.
  • Communicate and influence at a senior level.
  • Ability to overlook teams in persuasive writing and proposal best practice.
  • Proposal automation software (or similar) experience is preferred.
  • Document template management in line with company branding.
  • Strong time management / prioritization skills.
  • Strong written English language skills.
