Duties & ResponsibilitiesúÿÿServe as the primary point of contact with clients, project sponsors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleúÿÿDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and other stakeholdersúÿÿDevelop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverablesúÿÿIdentify and procure all necessary resources (materials, equipment, personnel) to complete the project according to planúÿÿManage and motivate project team members to achieve project goals and objectives within defined timelines and budgetúÿÿMonitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders on a regular basisúÿÿOversee quality control procedures to ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed expectationsúÿÿCoordinate with external parties (e.g., contractors, regulatory agencies) as needed to facilitate project progressúÿÿNegotiate and resolve conflicts that may arise during the course of the projectúÿÿManage project close-out activities, including final acceptance of deliverables by the clientúÿÿPrepare and submit accurate invoices to clients in a timely mannerConduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
