Develop and implement project management strategies that align with the company?s goals and objectives.
Provide leadership and direction to project managers and site teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of fit-out projects, from concept design to completion.
Implement best practices in fit-out project management to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
