Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate training, HR solutions, or professional services.? Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.? Ability to identify corporate training needs and present tailored solutions.? Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.---What We Offer1. Performance-Based Earnings? 5% commission on deals between $40,000 and $80,000? 10% commission on deals between $90,000 and $150,000? 15% commission on deals between $160,000 and $250,000? Additional 5% commission for repeat business from the same company2. Growth and Long-Term Opportunities? Successful professionals can take on leadership roles within the company.?
