Job description:????????? Supervise, guide and mentor 100 + resources????????? Experience in handling 5-6 sub-projects under one program????????? Resolve day ?day operational /technical issues with consultation of SMEs/Quality leads.????????? Must be able to re-organize resources within the projects dynamically based on the requirements????????? Monitor & Control the projects progress and advised team leads accordingly????????? Experience in?Oil&Gas/Refinery /any other manufacturing industry projects handled as program manager will be an added advantage.????????? Responsible to meet customer to address and discuss quality related matters????????? Regular customer interaction and input clarification????????? Weekly meeting and updates to all the internal and external stakeholders????????? Work under pressure and extend the hours if required
