The project officer is concerned with all matters surrounding the clients contract and everything related to manpower.Responsibilities:

The coordinator will create a ticket that is under request and task inside the ticket to the In-charge person in the manpower department. The coordinator will provide the ticket number to the customer.
Once the coordinator received the extended ERE visa from the manpower department, the coordinator will close the ticket together with the attached extended ERE visa. Coordinators are also sending the update to the customers thru B2B.
The coordinator will validate the re-issuance form to process the request. In case the client did not fill the form with complete data, the coordinator will not accept the request and will request to the client to complete the data in the form to process the request.
The coordinator will provide the re-issuance form to the customer (in case it is not available in the request)
