-Ensures the development of the project management frameworks and methodologies (processes, artifacts, templates, risk management methodologies, issue management methodologies, project communication plans, etc.)-Ensures adherence of IT project teams to the defined project management frameworks and methodologies-Manages IT projects integration and coordination-Provides direction and guidance to the staff of the project teams-Ensures project management awareness and training for the relevant employees, project managers, departments heads-Setting the projects priorities and coordination with the strategic directions of the IT department-Review and evaluation and approval of the new projects requests-Reviews, evaluates and guides the actions to tackle the reported project issues-Approval of the project closure reports-Ensures the continued development of the project management methodologies and processes-Providers regular reporting to the higher management on the status of progress of IT projects, escalates projects issues and directs the coordination of project resources sharing across IT.-Plays a key role in the development of the IT strategic roadmap in coordination with the IT -Strategy and Planning section.-Assess and communicate the value of the enterprise architecture.-Review and validate the current and future state analysis for the different architectural domains and ensure that the generated requirements are fully capable in bridging the gap and realizing the required architectural changes.-Oversee the documentation of all architecture design and analysis work.-Oversee EA implementation (EA Lifecycle) and ongoing refinement activities.-Lead the Core Architecture Team by visualizing and building a comprehensive view of the enterprise and lead the impact analysis efforts required for ensuring business continuity-Assess and communicate the value of the enterprise architecture.-Recommend and advise the IT director and IT governance bodies on the IT investments by a systematic application of the architecture techniques.
