Job Description

Role:We are seeking a PM - Payments responsible for monitoring and tracking Payment compliance for internal processing and service provider businesses. Recommend changes and enhancements or additions to security controls of business applications that store, process, and transmit payment card data. Collaborate closely with Business and Technology teams to incorporate Payments compliance requirements into their strategy and roadmaps.Activities

  • Initiate payment hub program ? scope and objectives
  • Work with various bank stakeholders and design the program
  • Define the project plan ? streams, vendors, timelines (Work breakdown)
  • Drive staffing plan - inhouse and vendor
  • Liaise with platform / application providers. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Run the program - day to day
  • Ensure project reporting as per cadence agreed including any business case aspects
  • Ensure on-time deliverables by working with project team(s)
  • Manage dependencies with non-payments / surround program
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor?s degree in computer science, business, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of project management and related experience
  • Familiar with capability terms such as SWIFT, RTGS, IPS, Real time payments, cash management, liquidity GCC-RTGS, remittances, XML, ISO 20022
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Hands on understanding of payments domain with end to end experience in one project
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral, presentation)
  • Arabic speaking is an advantage
