Sound experience in managing the project team for EBS R12 Upgrade/Enhancements/Implementation
Projects in Multi geography and with localization and multi lingual requirement
Good Communication and team leading capabilities. Able to coordinate with different teams, customer stakeholders.
Distribute and get the work done with the assigned team to complete the deliverables on time.
Strong Technical or Functional Knowledge in Oracle EBS.
Prepare status reports for the project and present to the customer stakeholders in regular meetings.
Identify the risks in the project and highlight to the customer or internal management with mitigation planning.
Guide the team within the scope of the project and identify the Change Requests.
Maintain business continuity planning during critical phases of the project.
Individual contributor and able to support team when needed. Mentoring junior team in day to day work activities.
