Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager will be responsible for managing the execution of interior fit-out projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring successful delivery from project award through final handover. The role requires strong technical expertise in project execution, planning, commercial coordination, and client management to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate must have proven experience delivering commercial, hospitality, residential, retail, corporate office, and luxury interior fit-out projects within the KSA market.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete lifecycle of interior fit-out projects from mobilization to final handover.Develop and monitor project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, Commercial, QA/QC, HSE, and Site teams to ensure smooth project execution.Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical specifications before site execution.Monitor project progress, manpower utilization, procurement activities, and subcontractor performance.Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.Manage project costs, variation orders, claims, and commercial issues in coordination with the Commercial and Quantity Surveying teams.Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE regulations, and Saudi building codes.Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports and ensure successful testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.PMP Certification or equivalent Project Management qualification is an added advantage.ExperienceMinimum 10+ years of experience in Interior Fit-Out Projects, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role.Proven experience managing interior fit-out projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is mandatory.Strong background in commercial, hospitality, residential, retail, corporate office, and luxury fit-out projects.Experience working with developers, consultants, contractors, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs).Good knowledge of Saudi construction regulations, authority approvals, and project delivery practices.Technical CompetenciesInterior Fit-Out Project ExecutionProject Planning & SchedulingPrimavera P6 / MS ProjectAutoCADCost Control & Budget ManagementContract AdministrationProcurement & Material CoordinationShop Drawing & Material Submittal ReviewQA/QC & HSE ComplianceRisk ManagementVariation & Claims ManagementClient & Stakeholder ManagementProject Reporting & DocumentationPreferred Candidate ProfileProven experience delivering high-value interior fit-out projects in the KSA market.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Commercially aware with the ability to manage project profitability while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.Experience with leading Interior Fit-Out contractors in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
