We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the expansion, coordinate business plans, manage key internal/external stakeholders, and contribute to the strategic formulation for the territory with the Regional Executive Vice President.ResponsibilitiesAs Project Manager, you will work in an environment to enable the realisation of the vision for the business expansion in Saudi. You will be responsible for: ? Managing the end-to-end delivery of complex commercial solutions, establishing, and controlling project constraints and scope ? Managing relationships and communication with all stakeholders ? Agreeing approach to delivery within the team ? Planning and managing the overall progress, resolving issues and proactively managing risks ? Leading improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the project delivery service and contribute to the identification of areas of improvement ? Providing regular, constructive feedback to stakeholders ? Reporting progress at regular intervals to the key stakeholders ? Supporting the Regional EVP with the creation and management of business cases ? Supporting the Regional EVP with the management of the project budget and forecast and validating the business case/benefits throughout the course of the project ? Assisting the Regional EVP on sector specific research for business development and event launch validation. ? And heading, from time to time where necessary, special projects as assigned by the Regional EVP.Qualifications?Experienced project manager with related experience preferably in the middle east ? Experience of business expansion, ideally within complex environments ? Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline 3 ? Analytical with a data-driven mindset ? A great collaborator, strong in both internal and external communications ? An individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment ? Very organised and meticulous completer of tasks ? Experienced at using project management software, and excellent proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, or similar programmes. ? Events experience desirable ?
